1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Munira Muhammad, an independent licensed insurance agent (CA Lic. 0L39886) ("Munira," "I," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your use of vitalitymunira.com, the Financial Fitness Scorecard, our text messaging program and related services. By using the website or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Educational information only

Content on this website, in the scorecard, and in our emails, texts and social media is for general education. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any product. Using the website does not create an agent-client relationship. Any recommendation is made only after a personal conversation about your needs, and you should consult your own tax adviser or attorney about your situation.

Examples and stories on this website are general illustrations of how the planning process works. They are not real client results, not testimonials, and not a promise of any outcome.

3. Important insurance disclosures

• Licensing: insurance products are offered only in states where the agent is licensed.
• Independent: we are not an insurance company and are not owned by any insurance company. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
• Underwriting: coverage is subject to the insurance company's application, underwriting and approval. Not everyone qualifies, and premiums depend on age, health and other factors.
• Guarantees: guarantees are based on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.
• Living and accelerated benefits: benefits paid while living are subject to the policy or rider terms and qualifying conditions, may reduce the death benefit and cash value, and may have tax consequences. Availability varies by product and state.
• Cash value and income: policy loans and withdrawals reduce cash value and the death benefit, may cause the policy to lapse, and may have tax consequences. Illustrations are not guarantees of future performance.
• Wellness rewards: rewards and savings programs depend on the product and insurance company, may change, and are not guaranteed.

4. The Financial Fitness Scorecard

The scorecard is a free educational self-assessment. Your score and report are general estimates based only on your answers. They are not a financial needs analysis, an insurance recommendation or an offer of coverage. Please answer honestly; we rely on the information you provide. The scorecard is hosted by a third-party service (ScoreApp) and bookings by Calendly, whose terms also apply to your use of those tools.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

These terms govern our text messaging program and are provided for A2P 10DLC, CTIA and TCPA compliance.

• Program name: Munira Muhammad Financial Fitness
• Program description: when you opt in, you may receive text messages from Munira Muhammad about (a) non-marketing topics: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, scorecard report follow-ups, application and policy service updates, and replies to your questions; and (b) marketing topics, only with your separate consent: educational tips, workshop and event invitations, and offers.
• How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box on a form, or by texting us first. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and you may choose non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both or neither.
• Consent is not required to buy: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. To stop only marketing messages, email munira@vitalitymunira.com.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at munira@vitalitymunira.com or (000) 000-0000.
• Opt back in: reply START or YES, or submit a form again with the consent box checked.
• Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Carriers: supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No sensitive information by text: we will never ask for your Social Security number, bank details or medical history by text message. Please do not send them.
• Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Associate business opportunity

Information about joining the team describes an opportunity to become an independent associate through FinFit Life, LLC. It is not an offer of employment. Associates are independent contractors. A state insurance license is required before any commission or other compensation may be paid. We make no representation or guarantee of income; results depend entirely on each person's effort, skill, time and market conditions. Any costs for licensing, training or set-up will be explained before you commit.

7. Using this website

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website only for lawful purposes, and not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with it, scrape it in bulk, or copy its content without permission. All content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Munira Muhammad or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The website links to third-party sites and services, such as insurance companies, ScoreApp, Calendly and social media. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munira Muhammad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, the scorecard or educational content, or your reliance on them. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under your insurance policy or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Munira Muhammad from claims arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the website means you accept them.
